9 ton crane. Lift chart is faded from sitting in the sun for years

Have title but can't find the keys to it. Doors are unlocked to it but will need a new ignition/key.

Needs new batteries.

I do remember the muffler is pretty wore out so it sounds almost like a straight pipe.

I don't recall how long the reach is. It's not real long.  Would guess about 40 to 50 feet.

As is where is $6500. Will deal a little on price within reason.
