2013 Honda Ruckus 49cc scooter with 2010 miles. This Ruckus is mostly stock, but does have a few modifications: a Yoshimura muffler, Doppler air adjustable ride rear shock, Dr. Pulley clutch, NYC rev limiter is included but it is not wired in, 21 gram variator rollers. and an under seat storage bag. Very nice scooter ready to ride or customize to your liking with a very large variety of aftermarket parts. 100 plus MPG and title in hand. Mileage may increase slightly as I do still make grocery runs from time to time. Its a Honda so its dependable. A drivers permit or license is required to operate this scooter, but a motorcycle endorsement is not required since it is under 50cc. Scooters also need to be registered through the DMV in North Dakota and require a license plate and insurance. I just need to make this clear since some folks think scooters are treated like e-bikes.
