Very clean and everything works as it should. Polished every year and stored inside year round. Comes with newer 32" tv and blue ray DVD player . Also equalizer hitch, sewer hose, along with all kinds of conditioners and additives for toilet, valves,and tanks. Also has electric trailer jack and propane grill that mounts on side of trailer. Absolutely no leaks and no slide out to maintain and repair.
