2013 Honda Ruckus 49cc scooter with 2030 miles (may go up). Awesome scooter that is mostly stock with a few upgrades; under seat bag for storage, Yoshimura muffler, and a Doppler brand air shock to accommodate bigger riders. Runs and rides great and gets about 90 miles per gallon. Top speed is about 35 mph. Great for running around town or just cruising down River Road. This is a 49cc scooter so either a drivers permit/license is required to operate, but a motorcycle endorsement is not needed. This scooter must also be registered in ND and insured.
