This Blaze Orange Coverup by Gross Galesburg is very lightweight and designed to be worn over the top of other outer garments, to meet the Blaze Orange legal requirement for hunting in most states. It is a polyester cotton blend, so its pretty much noiseless. With the coverup you can wear whatever you want for warm clothing underneath it.
