Job Summary:

The Bismarck Larks are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Game Day Staff for the 2025 season. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for our fans during home games. Wristband Attendant

Duties -

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience at the ballpark.

Assist with various game day operations, guest services, and food service.

Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Support event management activities, including setup and breakdown of game day events.

Engage with children and families to create memorable experiences during games.

Address any conflicts or issues that arise with professionalism and poise.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.

Skills -

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages.

Experience in cash handling and basic financial transactions.

Background in events management or related fields is preferred.

Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with large groups.

Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Knowledge of food service operations is a plus.

Bonuses -

Season Bonus -

$100 after 25 games worked

$200 after 30 games worked

$300 after 35 games worked

Bonus does not accrue. Bonus level based on number of games worked. Outside team events not included.

Referral Bonus: Receive $25 for you and your friend for every person you refer.

Must work 10 games before receiving referral bonus.

Pay: $5.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 40 per week based off of Team's Season Schedule
