Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers.

Adhere to scheduled routes and maintain timely transportation services.

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.

Provide information about routes, schedules, and local points of interest as needed.

Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle.

Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.

Skills

Proficiency in English for effective communication with passengers and team members.

Experience in school bus driving, shuttle driving, or limousine services is preferred.

Knowledge of mechanical systems to perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles.

Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is advantageous.

Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.

Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus, enhancing accessibility for all riders.

Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in various situations while ensuring passenger safety.
