The head of the Church our cooperative (the first in history to use a housing cooperative-team approach to reducing homelessness among men) is a pilot project of, needs a studio- or efficiency-size place to work. Our leader is a workaholic but doesn't need anything fancy. Our Church members worship by helping others, so you will be helping us help them, too.

The Church is a 52-year-old 501c3 170c2, so all donations are tax exempt and completely tax-deductible for the donor(s). (A CPA can easily confirm that.)
