2007 37ft Fleetwood Quantum 5th wheel with 3 slides for sale. Has 2 bedrooms. The front master bedroom has king bed and the rear bedroom has couch that folds to a bed and a bunk above. Has newer a/c unit. Put new element and bypass valve in dual fuel water heater last year. Has stand up shower, toilet has its own room and door. Has newer awning with minimal use. The refrigerator did go out this spring. We had it looked at and the repair man suggested that Lowes has a dorm fridge for a couple hundred bucks that fits perfectly. The furnace didn't work when we bought it but we've never had a need for it which is why we didnt have it fixed. Camper has very few miles on new tires, and pulls nice down the road. Upgraded to a destination trailer to sit on a lake lot. Currently has 5th wheel to gooseneck adaptor can go with camper or I can remove it.
