Position: Center Supervisor (Closing)

Closing Center Supervisor (FUN Full time)

Super Kids Jr Academy, one of the North Dakota's most respected childcare organizations, is growing! :)

We are looking for a dedicated and creative professional.

The ideal candidates will have demonstrated the ability to establish effective relationships with parents, children, and employees while maintaining high quality communication standards and believe that the skills you provide are invaluable. Supervisors are responsible for providing direct supervision of all child care classroom staff and ensuring that all children are being provided a safe and educational environment. The position requires professional leadership, organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide great customer service.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

Assisting in the ongoing procedures needed to supervise staff

Position will be a Full Time (10:00 AM to 6:30 P.M.)

Hold high quality standards and follow our core beliefs

Child Observation Skills including Classroom Ratios

Position requires exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to provide great customer service with email, phone and face to face

Must be physically able to lift and carry children and equipment

Must be aware of emergency procedures and follow each exactly

Responsibility for creating and maintaining a positive environment that includes Cleanliness and Organization for the next awesome day

Must be able to hear and understand spoken language, read and understand written language, and demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally

Respond and Supervise all First Aid and CPR Center needs

Benefits:

Starting Wage: $16.00-$18.00 DOE

Requirements:

The person selected for this position must be able to meet the experience requirements of Burleigh County Social Services. The position will be First Aid and CPR Certified. This person must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children and adults, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the fair but strict management philosophy and structure of Super Kids Jr. Academy. Communication to the Center Director is a must with verbal, meeting, written and computer email formats required.
