Yes- This hasn't been changed from the day it left the factory. Excellent rifle, lightly shot and very accurate for the carbine platform.

Removable rear sight/handle is original to the rifle, as is the trigger group.

Buyer will need to complete an FFL transfer to take possession of the rifle.

Can pair with a brand-new Trijicon ACOG if interested.
