Job Details:

Position: Full Time, year-round

Hours: Approximately 45-50 hours/week

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.

- Conduct safety meetings and ensure job sites are safe and compliant with regulations.

- Handle customer service issues and maintain client relationships.

- Manage job site logistics, including scheduling and material requisitioning.

- Supervise field employees and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work.

Qualifications:

- Associates degree or equivalent from a technical school or college/university; or 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in computer programs relevant to the job.

- Strong organizational and reasoning abilities.

- Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.
