I have a very nice, heavy duty, ranch/roping saddle for sale:

I purchased it a year ago, used, but I have only used it a couple of times. It has been in a temperature controlled home for the remainder of that time. The saddle has been taken apart and meticulously cleaned a few days ago along with the rubber, which was also was taken off and cleaned. Because it is used, there is some cosmetic wear and tear, but no mechanical damage found. I never replaced the rubber, so take that as you will.
