2014 30 ft Arctic Fox bumper-pull RV.

One owner. This trailer is in good condition except for a few items. The awning needs replacing and there is a tear in the linoleum in front of the recliners where a loose screw was when the slide out was going out. (We have a carpet runner over it) All mechanical works as usual-we had a repair done on a bad wire last year in Arizona. There was also a leak on the outside under the escape window but have had no further problems after resealing it. This is a good solid RV for all around camping or living.
