The Gauge Wheel Arm has two spiraled grease grooves that have been machined into the shaft to ensure that grease is fully distributed 360 degrees around the shaft. The added grease coverage reduces premature wear and replacement. Compatible with John Deere 60, 90 & ProSeries.

The Depth Adjuster Bracket & Handle has a thicker gauge and 50% larger slot increase, doubling the wear surface. The handle is 50% larger for ease of adjustment allowing for a 3/8 socket. Compatible with John Deere 60, 90 & ProSeries.

The Main Pin & Bushing Kit has a 50% increase in wear surface (1/2 shoulder added to bushing to increase surface area). Timing index marks aid in rotation tracking (1/2 ratchet opening for rotation). Compatible with John Deere 60, 90 & ProSeries.

Firming Wheel Pivot Rebuild Kit

The Firming Wheel Pivot Rebuild Kit has a wider bushing on the arm side with the heavier load. This increases wear surface by 1/3. The bushings have spiraled grease grooves, including a bleed-off hole to indicate when fully greased. O-rings are installed inside of the bushings to hold grease in and keep dirt out. Compatible with John Deere 60 & 90 Series.

The Depth Adjuster Arm is universal for both right and left openers, with the use of a spacer washer. The relief cut design allows for maintained tension on gauge wheel, even after wear. The Depth Adjuster Arm is designed with a 1/2 ratchet opening to provide leverage to help with sticky gauge wheels. The two-bolt clamp design tightens firmly on worn spindle shaft, providing a superior clamping force. Compatible with John Deere 60, 90 & ProSeries.
