Homemade Strawberry Jam

Made with only 3 ingredients (fresh strawberries, sugar and fresh lemon juice). Made just yesterday at 6/20/24 it can last for 12 to 18 months in a cool dry place with little to no light. Good on toast, pancakes, waffles, PB and J's, etc.
