Large sectional couch w/hide-a-bed

Comes from a Non-smoking home that was also home to one adorable yet very fluffy collie. Oh, and said home is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. You pick up and haul.

The business end:

Measures 11 8 at the longest length w/ all 3 pieces assembled. Side lengths are: 83(3 cushion section) x 43 (chaise) the middle portion that holds the bed is probably about 4 when the 3 pieces are sectioned out.

Cushions covered in easy to clean/removable/machine washable microfiber.

Color: medium neutral brown. No stains/rips/tears. Couch has been cleaned up and de-furred.

Without the cushions, the frame is sturdy, yet fairly light and easy to move. Obviously the hide-a-bed portion is another story. Bring friends, preferably ones who lift weights. Im useful enough to hold open doors and yell PIVOT from the bottom of the stairs.

I have been told that you can remove the bed from the frame to make moving significantly easier, however I have no idea on how to do that, nor the patience to try to figure it out. If you do, we are a-ok with listening to you cuss while trying to disassemble it. I do have some tools available, but no promise any of them will be useful in this endeavor.
