Wheel bearings packed and new seals. All new LED lights including light in tack room and horse stalls. Tack room has 3 tier saddle rack, saddle pad bar, and spare tire. Stalls and tack room have rubber mats. Floor is in excellent shape. Measures 15' x 6'. Driver's side has a spot with dents (see pic)
