Job description

Empire Energy Services, Inc Provides Well Testing Services including.

Stimulation Support, Drill-Out Operations, Clean-Out Operations, Fishing

Operations, Pre / Post Flow Operations, Well & Pipeline bleed off operations,

Sand Management, Facilities / Production Managment, on site fluid Transfer and

Filtration services.

Ability to manage and oversee customer location and crew members without supervision.

Attend all field safety meetings.

Mentor and train personnel.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws.

Expert level knowledge of Well Testing Procedures, Principals and Equipment.

Responsible for equipment inspection and maintenance to ensure safe working conditions and up to date with current inspections and certifications.

Expert knowledge of operations under Sour and Critically Sour Well Conditions.

Accurately manage onsite Volumes & Rates.

Accurate Well Data and Reporting.

Strong technical and mechanical abilities.

Operate company Vehicles, Equipment, Wheel Loaders, and Manlifts.

Proper completion of safety paperwork daily.

Responsible for incident management.

Maintain communication with clients on location.

Financial accountability for each shift.

Responsible for the daily reporting of costs.

Ensure timekeeping, days off request, and welfare of crew is reported as required.

Practice good housekeeping.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening & Random Drug Screening.

Live within 30 Miles of Minot N.D. Preferred.

Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Consistently practice safe driving.

Ability to work unsupervised.

At least 5 years Well Testing Supervisor Position.

Excellent leadership ability.

Excellent time management skills.

Excellent organization skills.

Computer skills

Able to analyze and resolve problems.

Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.

Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.

Willingness and flexibility to travel to support operations in other areas when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
